Lack of proper maintenance in common areas!!! The small lifts create inconvenience when luggage is involved!!! Dirty carpets and worn furnishings in need of a facelift!!!

the stay at alexandra was quite pleasant. the superior triple room was nicely decorated and comfortable. it’s in a great spot for walking around the stunning spa town of strathpeffer. the staff were very helpful, especially at the bistro where the food was lovely and well-presented.
